At the 6th of December, the OSCE hosted the annual reception of its presence in Albania, for friends and other actors who worked closely with them for the fulfillment of its mission, a friendly dinner at Hotel Rogner. Among the many attendees, there were also the IRCC leaders who were represented by her Coordinator. Sokol Lulgjuraj, who sent to the head of OSCE, Ambassador Bernard Borchardt, the most heartfelt congratulations from the inter-religious committee and especially from Chairman  Dr. Arben Ramkaj.
