Inter- Religious Collaboration Center in Elbasan
Inter- Religious Collaboration Center in Elbasan (IRCCE) is a non-profit organization (NGO) founded by the spiritual leaders of the four traditional religious communities in the district of Elbasan, respectively from the Muslim, Orthodox, Catholic and Bektashi communities. IRCCE legitimized legally by the District Court of Tirana in Albania, with decision No. 347 on 22 December 2004 was registered as a legal person with NUIS L62906331D

Our mission
The object of IRCCE activity is "creating real opportunities for dialogue and continuous cooperation between religious leaders and their communities to enhance and strengthen more understanding and religious coexistence in the country and beyond, as well as to prevent individuals part and groups misusing religion to the detriment of society and humanity ".
Current Committee
Currently, Inter-Religious Committee Elbasan(IRCE) consists of gentlemen; Mufti Agim Duka and Imam Arben Ramkaj, from the Muslim Community; Father George Trebicka and Father Stavri ร‡ipa from Orthodox Church Community; Father Faik Selmani and Dervish Ardit Selmani from Bektashi Community; Don Emilio Valente and Catechist Sokol Lulgjuraj by the Catholic Church Community. IRCCE is directed by chairing the rotation of each community. The current leaders are: Arben Ramkaj- President Don Emilio Valente- Vice President Sokol Lulgjuraj- Coordinator


All these activities conducted by IRCCE were brought to a better knowledge of the values for ourselves, religious leaders, which led to increase communication between us and strengthen our relations for the benefit of our society and wider than District. The values of our inter religious dialogue and cooperation was had promoted and outside Albania as in Albanian areas in Montenegro or in neighboring Italy, where we made a promotional tour of our values in some major centers of Calabria and Sicily where prelude this was a final meeting in Palermo in the presence of thousands of believers and nationalities.
