Dear representative of the Commissioner against discrimination.

I have the honor and pleasure, on behalf of our inter-religious committee to greet and thank you all for your presence at this symposium so significant on the eve of our national holiday of Independence and the liberation of Albania.

The theme “The martyrs of beliefs – Evidence of patriotism” was selected by us, in the program of activities at the beginning of this year, according to evoke the great contribution in centuries of religious beliefs in general and martyrs from among them in particular, throughout the glorious history of our nation. By assessing their honor we remember all those who died for our country throughout history, as those who have served or sacrificed themselves with the motto “with Faith for Homeland”, as well as those who have been martyred in the wars against all invaders.

On this occasion we wish nationwide “Happy 28th November 29”.

Honor and glory to all those who sacrificed their lives for Albania.

Before we start with presentations prepared by our four religious communities would like to invite to greet us the authorities present so I invite first to salute on behalf of the government and local government institutions Prefekt of Elbasan, mr. Arben Kamami,

After 25 years of democracy, we are gathered for the first time to remember rated honored martyrs of faiths who endured tortures, cruel to death, precisely in the name of religion and faith in them and they with dignity and selflessly defended proved their faith knowing that their sacrifices will not be wasted. Set bow respectfully showing that the Albanian society never forgets. Eternal life for them.
